Alex Gadd is a 25-year professional in the Internet Services industry, having run the Customer Success departments for a series of start-ups in the Social Media Marketing, eCommerce, and CRM spaces following an early career building digital brands for Ogilvy & Mather and His experience in helping large companies make the transition from the analog to the digital world, provide him with a strong background in User Adoption and Customer Success overall. In Alex’s three years at SugarCRM, he has spent time both leading the Professional Services organization in North America and helping to build out the Customer Success program while servicing some of Sugar’s largest North American clients. A graduate of the University of Vermont and NYU’s Stern School of Business, Alex lives in New York and is married with 2 daughters and 2 Labradoodles.
