Rheem is the only manufacturer in the world that produces heating, cooling, water heating, pool & spa heating and commercial refrigeration products, and it is the largest manufacturer of water heating products in North America. When Rheem wanted to make a transformation from legacy service management tools to a more modern platform, they had a few key requirements. Sugar fit the bill in that it allowed Rheem to address sales, marketing and service in a phased rollout. Sugar offered the kind of flexibility Rheem needed to plug in various intelligent tools to enhance lead generation, sales effectiveness, and customer service efforts.
