Hector Rios is a Technical Account Manager at SugarCRM providing technical expertise and guidance to some Sugar’s largest and most strategic customers. Before joining
the TAM team, he was a Solutions Architect in the Alliances and Professional Services groups. Previous to SugarCRM, Hector held roles at TIBCO and Infor. He has over 10 years
of experience in CRM with most of it working in the trenches delivering enterprise projects across a myriad of industries such as Automotive, Banking, Insurance,
and Telecommunications. Hector has been passionate about technology from the moment he got his first “for-loop” to print out his name out 1000 times to the terminal!
Hector holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Florida.
