Laurence is currently responsible for global customer success across SugarCRM’s 5,500+ customers – helping customers achieve success and maximize value with Sugar, and maintaining and growing SugarCRM’s existing book of business. Key initiatives include account management, onboarding, user adoption, retention and upsell.
Laurence is also responsible for SugarCRM’s global “Powered by” program of strategic OEM / white label / embed partners and customers.
Previously, Laurence held a number of roles in IBM including managing several IBM business units in IBM Software Group, and managing alliances and channels.
