Melissa Amooi is the Sr. Director, Customer Success at SugarCRM and manages a global team of Customer Success Managers (CSM). She ensures success on the entire customer lifecycle from initial purchase and customer onboarding through user adoption and account growth. Melissa joined SugarCRM in 2012 and enjoys learning about how customers run their businesses on Sugar and she is focused on making sure everyone is successful and derives ongoing value from SugarCRM’s products. Prior to SugarCRM, Melissa held Sales, Renewals, and Operations leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley, and she earned an MBA from Pepperdine University. This is the 7th SugarCon Melissa has attended and she’s looking forward to making sure it is the best one yet.
